This former Great Western Railway good shed has been lovingly restored & now houses a fine collection of railway memorabilia & model railways. In the museum you will find a cornucopia of railway treasures from local stations including a complete stationmasters office.

The museum is located in the village of Griffithstown which boasts a proud railway heritage - it was named after Henry Griffiths (the first GWR stationmaster at nearby Pontypool Road) & was the birthplace of ASLEF (Associated Society of Locomotive Engineers & Firemen) in 1880.

The museum also has strong links with local model railway societies & is in the process of building a small system at the site.
